Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon VEGEMITE
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Marinate 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning wings occasionally.
- Place wings on an ovenproof tray and bake at 200C for 1 hour until cooked and crisp, basting at least 2 - 3 times during cooking.
