Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken wings Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon VEGEMITE
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  • Place chicken wings in a large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Marinate 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning wings occasionally.
  • Place wings on an ovenproof tray and bake at 200C for 1 hour until cooked and crisp, basting at least 2 - 3 times during cooking.
