- 16 oz. pkg. frozen California blend vegetables
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1/8 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 8 to 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. chicken or turkey, cubed
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Blend soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Stir in chicken, vegetables and water chestnuts.
- Spread evenly in a 9 x 9-inch buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
- Combine margarine and corn flakes and sprinkle on top of mixture.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
