Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen California blend vegetables
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • 1/8 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 8 to 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. chicken or turkey, cubed
  • 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Method

  • Blend soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • Stir in chicken, vegetables and water chestnuts.
  • Spread evenly in a 9 x 9-inch buttered baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
  • Combine margarine and corn flakes and sprinkle on top of mixture.
  • Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
