Ingredients

  • 4 c. bite size chicken, cooked chicken breast, skinned and boned
  • 2 c. celery
  • 2 c. sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 small can/jar chopped pimentos
  • 2 small cans Durkee fried onion rings
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Combine chicken with all ingredients except onion rings. Place in a low baking dish, approximately 13 x 9-inch pan/glass dish.
  • Cook at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and top dish with onion rings and continue at 350° for additional 15 minutes.
