- 4 c. bite size chicken, cooked chicken breast, skinned and boned
- 2 c. celery
- 2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 small can/jar chopped pimentos
- 2 small cans Durkee fried onion rings
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Combine chicken with all ingredients except onion rings. Place in a low baking dish, approximately 13 x 9-inch pan/glass dish.
- Cook at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Remove and top dish with onion rings and continue at 350° for additional 15 minutes.
