- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 cans ??
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 box frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. broken corn flakes
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Mix together the first 11 ingredients and put in a pan. Stir-fry the almonds, corn flakes and margarine; sprinkle over the first mixture.
- Bake at 350° in oven for 30 minutes.
