Ingredients
- 4 c. onions
- 4 c. cabbage
- 4 c. green tomatoes
- 12 green peppers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
Method
- Grind vegetables using coarse blade.
- Sprinkle with salt; let stand overnight.
- Rinse and drain well.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and pour this over the vegetables.
- Heat to boiling and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Put into jars and seal.
