Ingredients
- 3/4 c. bell pepper, measured after chopping up fine
- 1/4 c. hot pepper, measured after chopping up fine
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 liquid fruit pectin (1 Sure-Jell)
- few drops red or green food coloring
Method
- Put 1/2 vinegar into blender and add peppers.
- Reduce to puree.
- (May strain mixture through cheesecloth, if desired.)
