Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, cooked and diced
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drain and use 1/2 of grease
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. celery seed
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Stir and add 1/2 to 2/3 cup water; cook until thick.
- Add potatoes and onions.
- Put in casserole dish and heat.
- This can be made ahead of time and will keep in refrigerator several days. Makes 2 small casseroles.
