Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
  • 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped tomato Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except onions and tomato until blended.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle with onions and tomato.
  • Great Substitute: Substitute 1 pkg.

  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained, for artichoke hearts.
  • Make-Ahead: Combine all ingredients except onion and tomato until well blended.
  • Spoon into pie plate.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Recipe can be made 2 to 3 days in advance.
  • Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle with onion and tomato.
