- 2 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 medium onions
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 medium pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 c. water
- 2 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
Method
- In a large frypan, flour beef with 1/2 cup flour; add onions and oil and brown.
- Stir in paprika, marjoram, pepper, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook approximately 90 minutes or until meat is tender.
