Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Beat all ingredients together and cook, stirring constantly until just boiling. Cool.
- Pour into ice cream freezer.
- Add 1 quart or 1 pint of whipping cream and finish filling to top of sections with milk.
- Add vanilla, maple, or cinnamon for flavor and more sugar to taste.
- If using cherries, add before last filling of milk and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
