Ingredients
- For 6 - 8 people
- 4 Cucumbers, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2-4 tablespoons dill or to taste
- 1-2 clove garlic chopped
- 2 cup sour cream
- salt & pepper to taste
Method
- In a blender or food processor, add cucumbers, garlic, yogurt, sour cream and half of the dill. Puree well season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
- At serving time garnish with remaining dill
