Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
Method
- Mix well the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla; set aside.
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Add to egg mixture, then add coconut.
- Grease 2 (8-inch) pie pans; divide filling between them.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
