Ingredients
- 1 c. whole kernel corn
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cubed squash
- 1/2 c. okra, sliced
- 1 tsp. garlic
- hot sauce to taste
Method
- Brown beef in large skillet.
- Drain off fat.
- Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 2 1/2 hours or until veggies are tender.
- Serves 6 to 8.
