Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce cane syrup (see Note)
- Dash of Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the rum, lime juice and cane syrup and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and top with the bitters.
