Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- 1 cup chopped italian pickled vegetables
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1 T juice from pickled vegetables
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 t Herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper to taste
- arugala
Method
- Mix the the above ingredients, except the arugala.
- Place a bed of arugala on a plate and top with salad.
