Ingredients

  • 4 small sweet peppers multicolor
  • 1 medium onion quartered
  • 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 cup rosemary oil see one of my recipes
  • 3/4 cup stuffed olives
  • 1 1/4 lb lamb sirloin
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 7 grape tomatoes

Method

  • get the lamb trim it of hard pieces and fat
  • cube the lamb to bite sized pieces
  • season the lamb put into bag with roesmary oil let sit 30 minutes
  • get a skewer that you presoaked so it dont burn
  • alternate the onions olive tomatoes peppers and lamb
  • grill on grill till meat is to your likings
