Ingredients

  • 2 envelope Brown Gravy
  • 1 box Garlic Mashed Potato
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic miced
  • 1 can Mixed Vegetable
  • 2 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese divided in half

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Cook ground beef and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  • While that is cooking prepare gravy and mix with can of mixed vegetable and set aside.
  • Make Garlic Mashed Potato and put an extra 1/2 cup of milk to make potatoes creamier.
  • When meat is cooked, drain out any excess oil.
  • Mix gravy mixture with meat and place in the 9x13 pan.
  • Top with half of cheese and cover entire meat mixture.
  • Spread mashed potatoes and then put remaining cheese.
  • Put in oven for 25 minutes.
  • Then put on broil for 5 mins to make cheese a little crispy.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before serving..
