Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 1/2 oz. coconut
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Place butter in a bowl.
  • Add sugar, beaten eggs and flour; mix well.
  • Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in coconut with a spoon.
  • Pour into a well-greased and floured pie pan (9 or 10-inch).
  • Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
