Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 oz. coconut
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Place butter in a bowl.
- Add sugar, beaten eggs and flour; mix well.
- Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in coconut with a spoon.
- Pour into a well-greased and floured pie pan (9 or 10-inch).
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
