- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn to bite size
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn to bite size
- 1 medium can English peas, drained
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 c. mayonnaise or Ranch style dressing (for top)
- salt and pepper
Method
- Layer all ingredients in order given, adding mayonnaise or dressing on top.
- Chill 8 to 12 hours.
- Serve.
