Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 2 chopped green onions
Method
- Mix all ingredients but onions in small saucepan; cook on low until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add onions just before pouring on lettuce.
- This dressing should be made just before serving or it tends to wilt lettuce.
