Ingredients

  • 5 cup Cabbage red/green
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almonds (slivered)
  • 1 packages Ramen Noidles (oriental or chicken sesame flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Oil (canola or olive)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper (1/4 Cayenne and 1/4 Black)

Method

  • Dressing: mix flavor package from noodles, Sugar, Vinegar, Oil, Pepper.
  • Mix dressing ingredients and refrigeration.
  • Toast seeds and almonds @ 350F about 10-12 minutes until brown; cool.
  • Combine shredded cabbage & onions with seeds/ nuts and noodles JUST before serving.
  • Add dressing and toss.
