Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. one or more of the following: parsley, oregano, marjoram, minced onion, tarragon, paprika or 1 tsp. dill weed or basil
Method
- Melt butter; add lemon peel and juice, blending well.
- Add seasonings to taste.
- Keep warm while preparing vegetables.
- Serve butter with vegetables.
- Makes 1/4 cup or 6 servings.
