- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguini, broken in half
- 1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
Method
- Cook linguini according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile in large bowl combine remaining ingredients except tuna, peas and tomatoes.
- Mix well.
- Add hot linguini; toss.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Serve on lettuce garnished as desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
