Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguini, broken in half
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
  • 2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes

Method

  • Cook linguini according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile in large bowl combine remaining ingredients except tuna, peas and tomatoes.
  • Mix well.
  • Add hot linguini; toss.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Chill thoroughly.
  • Serve on lettuce garnished as desired.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
