Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lb. linguini
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 pinches parsley flakes
  • 4 pinches salt or garlic salt
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 fresh garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 c. 2% milk
  • 3 pinches pepper

Method

  • Cook the pasta to your desired taste.
  • Cut chicken into strips. Chop up garlic clove.
  • Saute chicken, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and 1/2 stick margarine in a pan.
  • Steam broccoli halfway; saute with chicken.
  • When chicken is halfway cooked, put 2% milk in and let cook until done.
  • When pasta is done, put 1/2 stick margarine in and mix.
  • Mix chicken with pasta and, presto, dinner is served.
