Ingredients
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 lb. linguini
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 pinches parsley flakes
- 4 pinches salt or garlic salt
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- 1 1/2 c. 2% milk
- 3 pinches pepper
Method
- Cook the pasta to your desired taste.
- Cut chicken into strips. Chop up garlic clove.
- Saute chicken, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and 1/2 stick margarine in a pan.
- Steam broccoli halfway; saute with chicken.
- When chicken is halfway cooked, put 2% milk in and let cook until done.
- When pasta is done, put 1/2 stick margarine in and mix.
- Mix chicken with pasta and, presto, dinner is served.
