Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cream or half and half
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked lobster meat
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add flour and seasonings.
- Stir until smooth. Add milk and cream slowly; cook over low heat until thickened. Heat slowly.
- Do not let boil.
