Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Smart Beat margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Egg Beaters
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Method

  • Cream together sugars, margarine, Egg Beaters and vanilla. Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended.
  • Chill dough for 1 hour.
  • Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
  • Press 4 to 5 chocolate chips into each dough ball.
  • Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Yields about 6 dozen cookies.
