Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Smart Beat margarine
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 Egg Beaters
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Method
- Cream together sugars, margarine, Egg Beaters and vanilla. Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended.
- Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
- Press 4 to 5 chocolate chips into each dough ball.
- Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Yields about 6 dozen cookies.
