Ingredients
- 2 lb. cubed frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix ingredients together; pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
