Ingredients
- 1 lb. macaroni
- 1 lb. sharp cheese, cut into slices
- 1 or 2 cans tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook macaroni; drain.
- In a casserole dish, mix macaroni and tomatoes, half of cheese and salt and pepper.
- Put remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese is melted.
