- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 8 strips cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour at 350°.
- Serves 6 to 8.
