Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 pinches Black pepper
Method
- Smash garlic cloves; peel but leave mostly whole.
- Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Just before serving remove garlic cloves, then shake vigorously to emulsify. Pour over salad and toss well.
- Note: The format wouldn't allow me to say several grinds of fresh pepper, so don't take the 3 pinches too seriously.
