Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Add onion and cook until onion is clear in color. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
- Serve on buns.
