Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 8 oz. jar grape jam
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients and make into small balls.
- Brown slightly in frying pan.
- Drain.
- Mix together chili sauce and grape jam.
- Simmer slowly for about an hour.
- I use crock-pot to simmer.
