Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. firm soy tofu
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 c. cracker meal
- 1/2 c. Redi-burger
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. tomato paste
Method
- Add all ingredients; mix well.
- Make burgers.
- Bake on greased baking sheet or can be fried.
