Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
Method
- Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until clear.
- Remove from heat and add Jell-O.
- Stir well.
- Set aside until cool but not set solid.
- Add fresh strawberries and pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate several hours.
- Top with Cool Whip.
