Ingredients
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Wolf chili
- 1 can mushroom soup
- grated cheese
- 1 chopped onion
Method
- Dip corn tortillas in enchilada sauce.
- Make layer in large flat dish.
- Brown beef, season to taste and drain.
- Add chili and soup.
- Mix well.
- Spread 1/3 of meat mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle 1/3 of onion and grated cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 350° until heated.
