Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- lasagna noodles
Method
- Heat Ragu sauce with garlic powder in microwave on High for 5 minutes.
- Mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg together. Pour out 1 1/2 cups Ragu for top.
- Put half of sauce in a baking dish; then layer of uncooked noodles, then mixture of Ricotta cheese and then Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat.
- Then put the 1 1/2 cups of sauce on top.
- Cover with Stretch-tite to keep in moisture. Microwave on High for 5 minutes; then 20 minutes on Medium-high.
