- 1 1/3 pounds of red potatoes
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- 1. slice potatoes thin. Toss with oil and salt.
- 2. Coat shallow pan with cooking spray.
- 3. Arrange in single layer. Cook uncovered 2-3 minutes. Turn slices over and cook until edges start to crisp 2-4 minutes
