Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. finely diced onion
  • 1 c. fine soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 32 mushroom caps (fresh or canned)

Method

  • Melt butter in 8-inch glass pie plate.
  • Add onion and cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except mushrooms.
  • Stuff mushroom caps; pile mixture high.
  • Put 8 mushrooms on paper plate and cover with wax paper.
  • Cook 2 minutes in microwave.
  • Serve.
