Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. finely diced onion
- 1 c. fine soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 32 mushroom caps (fresh or canned)
Method
- Melt butter in 8-inch glass pie plate.
- Add onion and cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except mushrooms.
- Stuff mushroom caps; pile mixture high.
- Put 8 mushrooms on paper plate and cover with wax paper.
- Cook 2 minutes in microwave.
- Serve.
