Ingredients
- 6 to 8 Milky Way candy bars
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. pecans (optional)
Method
- Melt Milky Ways and one stick of margarine and set aside to cool.
- Cream sugar and two remaining sticks of margarine; add beaten eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Add buttermilk, soda, flour and vanilla.
- Mix well with candy and margarine mixture and add nuts (optional).
- Bake at 325° until done.
- You can use the fudge recipe on the back of the Marshmallow Creme jar, but this one is not as rich.
