Ingredients

  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. orange slice candy, cut up
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. packed brown sugar

Method

  • Combine first 3 ingredients.
  • Stir in nuts, coconut and orange candy.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until foamy, gradually adding brown sugar.
  • Beat until thick and add to flour mixture.
  • Mix well and bake in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan at 350° for 40 minutes.
  • Cool and drizzle with glaze.
