Ingredients
- 4 oz. dry mustard
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 dash salt
Method
- Mix mustard and vinegar until smooth and then let stand overnight.
- Mix egg, sugar and salt.
- Blend with mustard mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to thicken (about 20 minutes).
- The longer you cook it the thicker it becomes.
- Cool completely after mixture has reached desired thickness, then blend with mayonnaise.
