Ingredients

  • 6 ounces white balsamic vinegar Navidi's Coconut
  • 6 ounces olive oil Navidi's Persian Lime
  • 1 chile small, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • sea salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Or BBQ 2 to 3 minutes per side
  • Combine Navidi's Coconut Balsamic, Navidi's Lime Olive Oil, chilies, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice in a shallow dish.
  • Marinate shrimp in mixtures for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Season with Navidi's Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Remove Shrimp from dish and place on lightly oiled baking dish (Navidi's Persian Lime Oil works great here.)
  • bake for 5 to 7 minutes or bbq 2 to 3 minutes per side on skewer
