Ingredients
- 1 box Healthy Choice nonfat cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 bag Guiltless nacho chips
Method
- Cut cheese up into a microwavable dish.
- Add Ro-Tel tomatoes. Microwave in covered dish on High for 3 minutes.
- Stir.
- Cook 3 minutes more and stir.
- Continue to microwave until cheese is completely melted.
- Dip over low-fat nacho chips.
- Store dip in refrigerator; heat up for a snack.
