Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 8 oz. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Brown beef, add onion, garlic, tomatoes and steak sauce. Simmer 30 minutes.
  • Cook macaroni and add to beef mixture.
  • Spoon in soup and mix well.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put in a dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
