Ingredients

  • 7 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 1/2 cans Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
  • 6 oz. bag whole pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar

Method

  • Peel, core and slice apples.
  • Combine apples with topping and flour.
  • Spoon into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Separate each biscuit into 2 thin biscuits and place on top of apples.
  • Mix sugar, nuts and butter and drizzle over biscuits. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
