Ingredients
- 8 medium, cooked yams, cut in halves
- 1 can thawed, frozen orange juice
- 1/4 c. butter
Method
- Arrange yams in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Brush generously with orange juice concentrate.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake in a hot oven at 400° for 20 minutes, brushing frequently with juice and pan drippings until yams are well-glazed and golden brown.
- Makes 8 servings.
