Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (split) or 8 thighs
- 1/2 can orange juice concentrate (6 oz. size)
- 4 Tbsp. low-salt soy sauce
- curry powder
Method
- Arrange chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with curry powder. Spoon thawed orange juice and soy sauce over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes and serve with rice.
- (For a special treat, cook rice with chicken broth, saffron, cardamon and white raisins.)
