Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh coriander
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons canned chopped water chestnuts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method
- Combine all ingredients. Good with raw mushrooms, cauliflower etc.
