Ingredients
- 2 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Melt margarine in jelly roll pan or cookie sheet in 400° oven. Mix together baking mix and corn.
- Pat out onto waxed paper dusted with baking mix to about 1/2-inch thick.
- Cut into squares about 2-inches wide.
- Dip both sides into melted margarine and place in baking pan.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Easy, but delicious!
