- pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of salt
- maple syrup
- pecan halves
Method
- On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry to 12-inch circle. Place in a 9-inch pie plate.
- Turn under edge; flute.
